數(shu)控(kong)線(xian)切割(ge)機床(chuang)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)原(yuan)理:它是(shi)采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)(鉬絲(si)、鎢鉬絲(si)等)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)工(gong)(gong)具(ju)電(dian)(dian)極(ji),在(zai)脈(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下,工(gong)(gong)具(ju)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)和(he)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)件之間形成火花放電(dian)(dian),火花通(tong)道瞬間產生大量的(de)(de)熱,使(shi)工(gong)(gong)件表(biao)面熔化甚至汽化。線(xian)切割(ge)機床(chuang)通(tong)過(guo)XY托板和(he)UV托板的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)動,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)沿著(zhu)與預定的(de)(de)軌(gui)跡運(yun)(yun)動,從而達到(dao)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)件的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
數控線切割加(jia)工(gong)是機械制造中不可缺少(shao)的一種(zhong)先進(jin)的加(jia)工(gong)方法,具有如下特點:
1、利(li)用電蝕(shi)原(yuan)理加工,電極(ji)絲(si)與工件(jian)(jian)不(bu)直(zhi)接接觸,兩者之(zhi)間的作用力很(hen)小(xiao),因而(er)工件(jian)(jian)的變形很(hen)小(xiao),電極(ji)絲(si)、夾(jia)具不(bu)需要太高(gao)的強度(du)。
2、直接利用(yong)線狀的電極絲作(zuo)(zuo)電極,不(bu)需要制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)專(zhuan)用(yong)電級,可節約電極設計(ji)、制(zhi)造費用(yong)。
3、可以加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)用傳統(tong)切削加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法(fa)難以加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)或(huo)無法(fa)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)形(xing)狀(zhuang)復雜的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)。由于(yu)數控電火花線切割機(ji)床是數字(zi)控制系(xi)統(tong),因此加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)不(bu)同的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)只需編(bian)制不(bu)同的(de)控制程序(xu),對不(bu)同形(xing)狀(zhuang)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)都很易實現自(zi)動(dong)化加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。很適合于(yu)小批量形(xing)狀(zhuang)復雜零(ling)件(jian)、單件(jian)和試制品的(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)周期短。
4、采用四軸聯動(dong),可加(jia)工錐度(du)、上(shang)、下(xia)面(mian)異形體等零件。
5、傳統的(de)(de)車(che)、銑(xian)、鉆加(jia)工(gong)中,刀具(ju)(ju)硬(ying)度(du)必(bi)須比工(gong)件硬(ying)度(du)大,而數控(kong)電(dian)(dian)火花切割機床的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極絲不必(bi)比工(gong)件材料硬(ying),可(ke)以加(jia)工(gong)硬(ying)度(du)很(hen)高(gao)或(huo)很(hen)脆,用一(yi)般(ban)切割法(fa)(fa)難以加(jia)工(gong)或(huo)無(wu)法(fa)(fa)加(jia)工(gong)的(de)(de)材料。在加(jia)工(gong)中作為刀具(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極絲無(wu)需刃磨,可(ke)節約輔助時(shi)間和刀具(ju)(ju)費用。
6、直接(jie)利用電、熱能(neng)進(jin)行加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong),可以(yi)方(fang)便對影(ying)響加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)精度的(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)參數(如脈沖寬(kuan)度、間隔、電流(liu))進(jin)行調整,有利于加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)精度的(de)提(ti)高(gao),便于實現加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)過(guo)程的(de)自動化(hua)控制。
7、工作液(ye)采用水機乳化液(ye),成本(ben)低、不會發生(sheng)火災。
8、電火花切割不(bu)能加工非導電材料。
9、與一般(ban)切(qie)割(ge)加(jia)工相比(bi),線切(qie)割(ge)加(jia)工的(de)金屬去除(chu)率低,因此(ci)加(jia)工成本高(gao),不適合形(xing)式簡(jian)單的(de)大批量零(ling)件加(jia)工。
安(an)全操作
1、開(kai)動機床(chuang)前應先(xian)做(zuo)好(hao)下列工作(zuo):檢查機床(chuang)各部分(fen)是(shi)否完好(hao),潤滑(hua)液情況是(shi)否良(liang)(liang)(liang)好(hao),各接(jie)線是(shi)否接(jie)好(hao)。工作(zuo)臺在x和y方(fang)向是(shi)否運(yun)行良(liang)(liang)(liang)好(hao),卷絲筒是(shi)否運(yun)行良(liang)(liang)(liang)好(hao)。
2、安(an)裝工(gong)件(jian)時(shi),也需(xu)(xu)要(yao)注意安(an)全問題,將需(xu)(xu)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)的(de)工(gong)件(jian)置于工(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)用壓(ya)板螺絲(si)固定,在切(qie)(qie)割(ge)整個型(xing)腔時(shi),工(gong)件(jian)和工(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)不能碰著線架,應(ying)在安(an)裝鉬絲(si)穿過(guo)工(gong)件(jian)上的(de)預留孔(kong),經過(guo)找正后才能切(qie)(qie)割(ge)。工(gong)件(jian)安(an)裝要(yao)夾(jia)穩,預緊(jin)力(li)要(yao)足夠,要(yao)檢查工(gong)作(zuo)表面是否平直。
3、切(qie)(qie)割工(gong)件時(shi),先(xian)啟(qi)動滾(gun)絲(si)筒(tong),再按走絲(si)按鈕(niu),待(dai)導輪轉動后再啟(qi)動工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)液電機(ji)(ji),打開工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)液閥。如在切(qie)(qie)割途中(zhong)停(ting)車或(huo)加工(gong)完畢停(ting)機(ji)(ji)時(shi),必須(xu)先(xian)關(guan)變頻(pin)器,切(qie)(qie)斷高頻(pin)電源(yuan),再關(guan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)液泵,待(dai)導輪上工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)液甩掉后,最后關(guan)斷滾(gun)絲(si)筒(tong)電機(ji)(ji)。
