對于高(gao)(gao)速電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)花(hua)高(gao)(gao)精密快走絲(si)機床線切割,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)的損耗也是一項重要的指標(biao),要降低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)的損耗必須(xu)減少放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程中離子(zi)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)的轟擊作用(yong)(yong)(yong),并(bing)盡(jin)量(liang)(liang)減少電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)對放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)量(liang)(liang)的吸收,這就需(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)表(biao)面(mian)能(neng)快速汽化(hua)(hua),使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)表(biao)面(mian)在得到冷(leng)卻(que)的同時(shi)把熱(re)(re)能(neng)釋放回放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)通道內,形成汽化(hua)(hua)壓力,從(cong)而提高(gao)(gao)對蝕除(chu)(chu)產物的排(pai)除(chu)(chu)能(neng)力,因此(ci)只有保持極(ji)間均勻(yun)冷(leng)卻(que)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)才可使工(gong)作介(jie)質在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)表(biao)面(mian)形成一層吸附膜(mo),以(yi)減緩正離子(zi)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)有轟擊作用(yong)(yong)(yong),同時(shi)通過(guo)工(gong)作介(jie)質自身的揮發帶走大量(liang)(liang)的熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang),以(yi)降低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)絲(si)的損耗并(bing)提高(gao)(gao)其(qi)耐用(yong)(yong)(yong)度(du)。
而對于高(gao)精密(mi)快(kuai)走絲(si)機床不能保(bao)證極(ji)(ji)間均勻(yun)冷卻的(de)(de)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)情況,電(dian)極(ji)(ji)絲(si)在(zai)(zai)通(tong)過放電(dian)間隙的(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)時,也(ye)是蝕除(chu)產物將電(dian)極(ji)(ji)絲(si)表層附著的(de)(de)膜抹(mo)干的(de)(de)過程,當切(qie)(qie)割(ge)工件(jian)較厚時,電(dian)極(ji)(ji)絲(si)在(zai)(zai)工件(jian)出口處的(de)(de)相當長(chang)距離內將處于基本無(wu)工作(zuo)介質(zhi)保(bao)護(hu)膜狀態,且是在(zai)(zai)冷卻條件(jian)極(ji)(ji)為惡劣的(de)(de)條件(jian)下進行放電(dian),這樣的(de)(de)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)絲(si)的(de)(de)損耗(hao)自然(ran)就會(hui)(hui)增(zeng)加,同(tong)(tong)時斷絲(si)的(de)(de)幾(ji)率也(ye)會(hui)(hui)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)增(zeng)大(da)(da)。如放電(dian)間隙加大(da)(da),在(zai)(zai)同(tong)(tong)樣能量切(qie)(qie)割(ge)時其絲(si)損耗(hao)會(hui)(hui)較低(di),且同(tong)(tong)時還可維持較高(gao)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)效率的(de)(de)原因。
