數(shu)控(kong)中走絲線切割機床的數(shu)控(kong)系統是(shi)數(shu)控(kong)線切割機床的核心(xin)所在,它的可靠運(yun)行(xing)(xing),直接關(guan)系到(dao)整個設備運(yun)行(xing)(xing)的正常與否(fou)。下面同方數(shu)控(kong)機床總(zong)結(jie)提煉出一些判斷與排除數(shu)控(kong)線切割機床故障(zhang)的方法。
一、充分利用數控系(xi)統硬(ying)件(jian)、軟件(jian)報警功能。
在(zai)現代數控系(xi)統中均設(she)置有眾多(duo)的(de)(de)硬(ying)件(jian)(jian)報(bao)(bao)警指示(shi)(shi)(shi)裝置,設(she)置硬(ying)件(jian)(jian)報(bao)(bao)警指示(shi)(shi)(shi)裝置有利于(yu)提高數控系(xi)統的(de)(de)可維護(hu)性。數控線切割機床的(de)(de)CNC系(xi)統都具(ju)有自(zi)診(zhen)斷(duan)(duan)功能(neng)。在(zai)數控系(xi)統工(gong)作期間,能(neng)夠適時(shi)使用自(zi)診(zhen)斷(duan)(duan)程序對系(xi)統進行快(kuai)速診(zhen)斷(duan)(duan)。一旦檢測到故障(zhang),就(jiu)會立即將故障(zhang)以報(bao)(bao)警的(de)(de)方式顯示(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)CRT上(shang)或點亮面板上(shang)報(bao)(bao)警指示(shi)(shi)(shi)燈(deng)。而且這種自(zi)診(zhen)斷(duan)(duan)功能(neng)還能(neng)夠將故障(zhang)分類報(bao)(bao)警。
二、數控(kong)中(zhong)走絲線切割機床簡(jian)單故障報警(jing)處(chu)理的方法。
通常,數控(kong)線(xian)切割(ge)機(ji)床(chuang)具有(you)較強的自(zi)警(jing)功能,能夠隨時(shi)監(jian)控(kong)系統(tong)硬件和(he)軟件的工作狀態(tai),數控(kong)線(xian)切割(ge)機(ji)床(chuang)的大部(bu)分(fen)故(gu)障(zhang)能夠出現報(bao)警(jing)提示,可以根據(ju)故(gu)障(zhang)提示,確定機(ji)床(chuang)的故(gu)障(zhang),及時(shi)處理、排除故(gu)障(zhang),提高機(ji)床(chuang)完好率和(he)使用(yong)效率。
