摩擦阻(zu)力小
為(wei)了提高(gao)數控機床進給系(xi)統(tong)的快速響應性(xing)(xing)能(neng)和運動(dong)(dong)精度,必須減少(shao)運動(dong)(dong)件(jian)間的摩擦(ca)阻力和動(dong)(dong),靜摩擦(ca)力之(zhi)差。為(wei)滿(man)足上述(shu)要求,在數控機床進給系(xi)統(tong)中,普遍采用滾珠絲(si)桿杠螺(luo)母副,靜壓絲(si)桿螺(luo)母副,滾動(dong)(dong)導軌(gui),靜壓導軌(gui)和塑(su)料導軌(gui)。與此同時,各運動(dong)(dong)部件(jian)還考慮有適(shi)當的阻尼(ni),以保證系(xi)統(tong)的穩定性(xing)(xing)。
傳動精(jing)度(du)和(he)剛(gang)度(du)高(gao)
進(jin)給(gei)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系(xi)統的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)精度(du)和剛(gang)度(du),從機械結構方(fang)面考(kao)慮主(zhu)要取決于傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)間(jian)隙(xi)以及(ji)絲(si)杠(gang)(gang)螺(luo)母(mu)副(fu)(fu),蝸輪蝸桿(gan)副(fu)(fu)及(ji)其支承(cheng)(cheng)結構的(de)精度(du)和剛(gang)度(du)。傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)間(jian)隙(xi)主(zhu)要來自傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)齒輪副(fu)(fu),蝸輪副(fu)(fu),絲(si)桿(gan)螺(luo)母(mu)副(fu)(fu)及(ji)其支承(cheng)(cheng)部件之間(jian),因此進(jin)給(gei)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系(xi)統廣泛采取施(shi)加預緊(jin)(jin)力或其它消(xiao)除間(jian)隙(xi)的(de)措施(shi)。縮(suo)短傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)和在傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)中設置(zhi)減(jian)速齒輪,也可提高傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)精度(du)。加大絲(si)杠(gang)(gang)直(zhi)徑,以及(ji)對絲(si)杠(gang)(gang)螺(luo)母(mu)副(fu)(fu),支承(cheng)(cheng)部件,絲(si)杠(gang)(gang)本身施(shi)加預緊(jin)(jin)力是提高傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)剛(gang)度(du)的(de)有效措施(shi)。
運(yun)動(dong)部件慣量小
運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)部(bu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)慣(guan)量(liang)對伺服機(ji)構(gou)的(de)(de)啟動(dong)(dong)和(he)制動(dong)(dong)特性都有影響,尤其(qi)是(shi)處于高速運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)零部(bu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)。因此,在(zai)滿足部(bu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)強度(du)和(he)剛度(du)的(de)(de)前提下,盡可能減少(shao)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)部(bu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)質量(liang),減少(shao)旋轉(zhuan)零件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)直徑和(he)質量(liang),以減少(shao)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)部(bu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)慣(guan)量(liang)。
無間隙(xi)
為了提(ti)高位(wei)移精度,減少傳(chuan)動(dong)誤(wu)差(cha),首先(xian)要(yao)提(ti)高各種(zhong)機械部件的精度,其次要(yao)盡量消除各種(zhong)間隙,如;聯軸器,齒輪副(fu),滾(gun)珠絲杠副(fu)及其支(zhi)承部件等均(jun)采(cai)取消除間隙的結構。
